Undamaged goods can be returned to us free of charge within 30 days. You can easily download your return label from the service point on our homepage or at https://retour.leggins-love.de ..
You'll need your email address and order number to log in. Applies to returns from Germany and Austria. Please support your local fashion retailer and return items at your own expense. It helps us a lot :-)
For exchanges, please place a new order. If you would like your leggings in a high-waisted or flared style, or if you have a complaint, please send us an email. We will then check if the fabric is still in stock or offer you an alternative design. We are happy to assist you!
Returns from EU countries:
Please return the goods at your own expense to the address below. Include the completed return form in the package. If you would like a flat-rate refund of €4 for return shipping costs, please send us an email.
Returns from Switzerland / non-EU:
For a smooth return, the package must be marked as "returned goods" for customs clearance and include a customs invoice. Please email us, and we will send you the customs invoice. This must be placed in an envelope and attached to the outside of the package. Packages that are not marked as described will not reach us and will be returned to you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
