For an exchange, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
If you would like your leggings in a high-waisted, flared, or men's style, or if you have any complaints, please send us an email. We will then check if the fabric is still in stock or offer you an alternative design. We are happy to take care of your requests!
Returns from EU countries:
Please return the goods at your own expense to the address below. If you would like a flat-rate refund of €4 for return shipping costs, please send us an email.
Returns from Switzerland / non-EU:
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. For a smooth return process, the package must be marked as "returned goods" for customs clearance and include a customs invoice. Please send us an email, and we will send you the original invoice to present to the post office. Packages that are not marked as described will not reach us and will be returned to the sender.
